Welcome to Westridge, Florida Our Villa is of the highest standard and meets the criteria for executive level. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. All bedrooms have a remote controlled TV and with the great room having a DVD player, Playstation and a home cinema system. The Lanai features an extended pool with a super Jacuzzi and plenty of patio furniture. The lanai faces south. The Pool & Jacuzzi Heating is Free!!! The community is that of a mature nature with palm tree lined roads many shrubs and undulating grassy banks, it has little traffic and has a real sense of an American neighbourhood. There are tennis courts and a children's play area nearby. The development is complete with no new building work. The home sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms and their is a sofa bed in a quiet position which will accommodate a further 2 people if required. The master bedroom has a huge on-suite bathroom with bath, shower and two wash basins, the room boasts a queen size bed. Further bedrooms include one queen size, one with twin beds and the fourth with bunk beds. All rooms have plenty of storage space. The villa contains all of lifes necessities in the way of telephone, washer & dryer, microwave, dishwasher and large oven. There are plenty of towels and all the linen to save on holiday packing. Our property management company is nearby and pride themselves on being the best in the area. They carry out all the cleaning and maintain the swimming pool, gardens, air conditioning and appliances to make your stay enjoyable. |
